We used Brazawood to redo our deck steps that had water damage. We had a couple of hiccups with the delivery of materials and communication. However, those were all resolved promptly and I am satisfied with the quality of work once everything was finished.

We are so happy with the work that Matt did on our deck! He gave us an honest assessment of what we needed to do to maintain our deck. Areas needed to be sanded, a board needed to be replaced and it needed to be stained. We LOVE our deck and got three estimates to make sure we made the right decision. It is 13 years old and had faded. Matt suggested repairs, the color we should use and did the work 4 days later. The staining work was meticulous. Matt and team did an excellent job on our deck. I'm glad he recommended that we do Trex instead of replacing our wood boards. We also had additional structural issues from water damage and Matt found us an economical alternative to ensure our deck was structurally sound. They also cleaned everything up afterwards and I appreciate the great work they did!

Every interaction with Brazawood was excellent. Working with Michelle to set up an appraisal and estimate and then meeting Matt who did the work was all outstanding. Truly a 5 Star experience. Support locally owned companies like Brazawood and get a great finished product and quality work at a very fair price. The work area was totally cleaned up and all deck items put back in place in a very timely manner.

the lumber pricing oscillates constantly during the year, the labour cost still maintained acordingly with the type of work.
