We used Brazawood to redo our deck steps that had water damage. We had a couple of hiccups with the delivery of materials and communication. However, those were all resolved promptly and I am satisfied with the quality of work once everything was finished.

I would highly recommend Mat and his crew. They are very polite, responsive and great quality of work. Matt and his team built a two story deck with a gabled roof for our home. I am incredibly happy with the result and the quality of work went above my expectations. I scheduled with Brazawood earlier this week and was scheduled for Saturday at 1:30. The original person didn’t show up. After submitting a review about him not showing I got an immediate phone call about the installer having to unexpectedly fly home to Brazil. They offered to send someone out the next day based on my availability. Rodie (hope I spelled that correctly) came out, took measurements and went to purchase the door and frame I needed. He went to 2 different locations and couldn’t find my original door. He came back with one and asked if the one he purchased was ok. I agreed and he got the door and frame installed with no issues at all . There was a little mess but his wife made sure to clean everything up. I am satisfied with the work that was done.

the lumber pricing oscillates constantly during the year, the labour cost still maintained acordingly with the type of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet personally so a can have an good idea of the clients preferences, it also makes it easier to present diferent solutions during the building process.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
my uncle was a carpenter for 50 years, so I just followed his path and got passionate for my job
