- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer an hour, an hour and a half, two hours, three hours. Sometimes if that fits the schedule, we offer a 30-minute character visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk on the phone. It takes 3-5 mins clarify all the questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master’s in executive leadership.
