Introduction

Terry Technology, Inc provides individualized Windows computer support in South Charlotte. We offer virus detection and removal, computer tune-up, hardware repair, data recovery, system upgrades, software and hardware installation, network setup, as well as training, just to name a few of the services. I have been working with computers for over 25 years. One thing I enjoy most about my work is helping others. I am able to go into a situation where there is an issue and, more often than not, walk away with the person having an improved computer situation. I also enjoy sharing knowledge so that people end up with a better understanding of their systems.

I use my personal computer for my business. It has to work or I cannot. I have 2 children that like to surf sights like Youtube, and play on-line games. When the kids use my computer, it will start to slow down. It will take longer to boot. I asked Terry Technology to help. Beth was able to quickly clean up my laptop and return it to efficient working order. She gave me the information that I needed to teach my kids smarter online behavior. She worked with me to set up a regular maintenance program to keep my laptop up to date and virus/malware free (so I can always work). All of this was done at a very reasonable price. I plan to keep using Terry Technology for all the computers in our house, and have them help set up a more secure wireless home network with storage for our electronic photographs and music.

She did an outstanding job with the upgrade, answering questions about the new program, and assisting with other computer questions that I had.
