Although I regularly work on computers, disassembling a laser printer is something I didn't want to tackle. And it's harder than heck to find a laser printer service repair center for home users. But I found Paul, called him, he said he could replace the fuser ... and he did! Printer now works perfectly. I'm DEFINITELY keeping his contact info!

Paul is an EXCELLENT, KNOWLEDGABLE, SKILLED professional computer technician. After being HOODWINKED by Best Buy North Lake Geek Squad, computer repair technicians, and having experienced an extremely disappointing laptop repair debacle with their unprofessional services, I took my laptop to Computers 2000. Mr. Regeis CORRECTED the Best Buy technician's defective work by identifying their obvious missteps and substandard repair work. Paul correctly diagnosed the problems and ensured the work was completed beyond my specifications and expectations. After receiving my repaired laptop, Paul contacted me to check my computer's performance. Computers 2000 is worth more than the applied service and repair fees!

Paul was the consummate professional. The printer he fixed for me was outdated- but he was determined to fix it. And he took the time to show me what was causing the problem. It was inside the hardware of the machine and I don't think many people would have caught it. I highly recommend Paul for any type of computer and printer troubleshooting!

Great experience with Paul and he's a really nice guy. I damaged the keyboard on my Dell laptop computer and needed it replaced. It was extremely easy to scheduled a day and time that worked for both of. I brought my laptop and the new keyboard to his office. We started talking and the next thing I knew he had already finished replacing the keyboard and it works perfectly.
