FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For architectural and design photography, I offer two standard fees: the Creative Fee and the Post Production Fee. Creative Fee: This covers the time and expertise required to complete the project, including preproduction tasks like client correspondence, advance site visits, and site-specific preparations. The Creative Fee also includes a single commercial license, which allows you to use the images broadly for any purpose—without restrictions on where or how you use them. This gives you the freedom to showcase your work in any way you choose, without worrying about extra fees or limitations. The only condition is that you do not distribute or share the photos with others who have not obtained a license, either via cost-sharing or directly from me at a later date. Post Production Fee: After the shoot, I dedicate significant time to perfecting your images. This includes tasks like color correction, retouching, compositing, and preparing final files for delivery. I also offer unlimited revisions to ensure you absolutely love your images. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Steps for Working Together 1. Initial Consultation (ZOOM Call) Let’s start with a ZOOM call where we’ll discuss your project, goals, and how you plan to use the images. This helps me fully understand your vision and ensures we’re aligned from the start. 2. Proposal & Agreement After our call, I’ll create a detailed proposal for your review. Once the terms are agreed upon, you’ll sign the contract and submit a $299 deposit to secure your booking. 3. Walk-Through of the Space We’ll schedule a walk-through of the space to be photographed. This is an essential step where I’ll learn what’s most important to you, identify key angles, and plan for the shoot day. 4. Shoot Date Confirmation We’ll confirm a shoot date that works for you. On the day of the shoot, I’ll create stunning images based on our walk-through insights. You’re welcome to collaborate on-site or let me work independently, using the details you’ve shared. 5. File Backup & Proof Gallery After the shoot, I’ll secure and back up all files, ensuring your images are safe. Once complete, I’ll send you a preliminary edit through an online proof gallery for your review. 6. Selections & Final Invoice You’ll select your favorite images from the proof gallery. I’ll then issue a final invoice and begin the full polish on your chosen images. 7. Final Edits & Delivery I’ll carefully refine your selected images to ensure they’re perfect. You’re welcome to request changes—I’ll work with you until you’re 100% satisfied. Once approved and the invoice is paid, I’ll deliver the final files via WeTransfer, including high-resolution files for print and web-optimized versions. 8. Ongoing Collaboration My goal is to make this the start of a long-term partnership. Whether it’s this project or future collaborations, I’m here to help bring your vision to life through meaningful photography. 9. Two-Year Archival of Final Selections As a bonus, I will securely archive your final images for two years following the completion of our project. While I highly recommend creating your own backups, you’re welcome to contact me within that timeframe for another copy. I’ll be happy to provide it at no additional cost.
