- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand that many people are on tight budgets, and I’m happy to work with you to find a pricing structure that fits your needs. My pricing is flexible and based on the size of the space, the complexity of the cleaning, and any specific requests you might have. I offer transparent pricing and will provide a detailed quote upfront. If my initial pricing seems too high for your budget, please feel free to communicate that—I’m happy to discuss options and find a way to make the cleaning work for you. I also offer discounts for repeat customers and am always open to negotiating a fair price that works for both of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, my first priority is communication and authenticity. I make sure to listen carefully to their specific needs and concerns. I want to know what areas need special attention and what their budget is. Once I have this information, I provide a personalized quote and discuss the services I can offer. I then schedule the cleaning session and ensure that I have everything needed to make the process seamless. Afterward, I follow up to make sure the customer is satisfied and to gather feedback for continuous improvement. My goal is to always leave my clients happy and their spaces looking and feeling their best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have nearly 8 years of professional experience in cleaning, just 2 years ago I made my cleaning business, which has been a passion and dream of mine from a young age. I’ve learned the importance of maintaining a clean environment, not just for aesthetics but for the overall well-being of the people who live or work in that space. I’ve developed a deep understanding of proper cleaning techniques and how to use products effectively and safely. My work is backed by real-world experience, and I’ve continually grown in my ability to meet my clients’ needs with quality service.
