Our pricing is transparent! There are no hidden costs. Once a service technician or comfort advisor has evaluated your need, they will give you an exact cost to perform the work prior to beginning!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold licenses in both North and South Carolina and have weekly ongoing training to stay on top of all of the latest technology!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our owner, Matt Pozda, founded Call Dad AC & Heating after having two very different experiences with an AC company. The first was very quick to come out but didn't take the time to care or explain what they were doing. The second no-showed him once, but the second appointment was an excellent experience. The provider listened and took the time to listen to his concerns. He founded Call Dad to blend these two types of service...fast service from a technician who cares!
