- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very flexible depending on your request. But we don`t have hidden fees or anything that might surprise you. Fees include service and all other costs. We have got discounts and promotions now.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, my typical process is: Schedule a consultation to assess the customer's needs and the condition of their carpets and upholstery. Provide a detailed estimate for the recommended cleaning services. Agree on a convenient appointment time to perform the cleaning. Arrive at the scheduled time and carefully clean the carpets and upholstery using our high-quality, eco-friendly products and equipment. Ensure the customer is satisfied with the results before completing the job. Finalize the job.
