- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service prices vary by the size, configuration and conditions of items to be cleaned. The best way to get an accurate estimate is to submit pictures to us, and we will provide a preliminary estimate, which may or may not be adjusted by an in-person visual inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free, no-obligation assessment of our prospective client's cleaning needs and offering a quote at the end of the assessment process. Customers decide which solutions to accept and we then agree on a service date and payment method. We provide our cleaning services and verify with the client that they are satisfied with our services before leaving the job site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The founder and owner, William Garcia, received an MBA degree in 2008 from a graduate program at Queens University of Charlotte which focused on entrepreneurship, leadership and community service. By that time and afterwards, Mr. Garcia had served in a leadership capacity in a number of settings, including several charitable organizations and a corporate public relations department. His last formal job was serving as a project manager in the management consulting division of a larger consulting practice.
