- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that the hourly rate is for the basic bartending service described. Additional fee's will be discussed if customer decides to add additional services such as a signature mobile bar rental or cooler rentals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process working with a new customer is to discuss what kind of party/event is taking place, the location and length of time of the event, how many guests do they expect to attend, what liquors and beverages will be provided, and additional things that need to be provided in order to serve the beverages such as ice, cups, napkins and so on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working 6+ years as a Certified NYC Bartender in the restaurant & catering industry.
