- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lively Libations follows an internal pricing protocol that establishes reasonable pricing per number of guests and hours, rather than the details of the event. Additionally, glassware is not additional add-on, however, premium ingredients are the only optional add-on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lively Libations will reach out directly to new customer via email and/or phone, whichever is preferred. From there, a brief conversation is held to ensure all details of the event are confirmed. Within 24 hours, the event is able to be booked. 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of confirmation of details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am sure people have seen me in Charlotte! I, and my team, are very well-known bartenders throughout Charlotte and other surrounding cities. With our in-depth cocktail knowledge, event expertise, and of course, fun, we will ensure your event goes as planned and is executed to your liking.
