I wanted to plan a last-minute surprise party for my husband. With only a 6 days to plan, I started reaching out for decorators around 10:00 am Monday and before noon MTD replied. I provided pictures of my vision and MTD replicated it if not better. I also stated a budget that I wanted to stay within and I was given options to choose from, and my budget was matched. I will definitely use MTD in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for garlands start at $28 per foot. The Backdrops are an additional fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call to confirm details followed by a written proposal. If the proposal is accepted a 40% deposit is required to hold your date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an Event Planning certificate and I have attended several balloon training classes.
