She truly made my wedding experience a bit less stressful by being able to do a last minute makeup and hair with a reasonable price! I told her what my budget was and timeframe and she came through. When her and her team arrived they were on time and filled with positive energy which helped me feel relaxed for my big day. Where do I even start? Long story short, flew in to Charlotte to celebrate my 40th birthday, 14th anniversary and Valentines Day, and the airline lost our bag. Every thing I needed for my dinner celebration was in that suitcase so we spent the next few hours before my appointment at the mall trying to rush to find outfits, shoes etc. I was on the brink of canceling the event but I decided to still try to make my glam appointment. Rena’s professionalism and reassurance that everything would be ok, gave me hope that the day was not completely shot. When she was done with my face, I was in a whole different mood!! Then, my hair extensions were matted, tangled, curls everywhere just a hottt mess express, but, she asked one of the stylists in the studio to help me out with my hair as I was in desperate need of detangling and curls, and no equipment to do it myself back at the hotel room. Time was also running out as I had less than an hour to get back to the hotel, freshen up and make it to the event venue. So what did they do? Two ladies stopped what they were doing, (I want to acknowledge that one had a client she was working), and attacked my hair and I was a new woman in 15 minutes or less. Even though I was 13 minutes late to my dinner celebration, I have to thank God for being present in the midst of all this chaos. However, I honestly believe that he guided me to Rena’s studio for something much greater than just makeup and hair. Ladies, thank you so much for your role in making this night a memorable one. I looked and felt amazing thanks to you, and the compliments both silent and verbal just kept coming. Turns out, I didn’t need a photo, I have the memories!!

When I say Rena is the best makeup and hair artist, I am not exaggerating. First of all, this girl didn’t just make me look beautiful she literally calmed me down! I have the worst anxiety ever, and my wedding day started with a full-on panic attack. And, of course, it happened right in front of this amazing woman. She didn’t need to do anything but saved me she taught me breathing techniques, and for the first time ever, my panic attack lasted only two minutes. I’ve been dealing with this since I was 15, and I’ve never felt so safe or relaxed in my life! Honestly, she should have a PhD in calming people down. 😂 On top of that, she did an incredible job on my hair and makeup! Like, flawless I felt so comfortable and confident in my own skin. I literally fell in love with myself all over again. She gave me the confidence and courage I didn’t even know I was missing. You can totally tell she has a degree in psych, because the transformation wasn’t just physical, it was mental too. 😂 Now, let me tell you my makeup lasted ALL NIGHT. And I mean, ALL NIGHT. I actually slept in it because, hey, it was a long wedding and an even longer night. Woke up the next day still looking flawless—because why not? It looked amazing. Honestly, I could go on and on about how perfect Rena is, but you get the point. She’s a gem, and I’m so happy to have gained a new friend. Do yourself a favor and book her you absolutely won’t regret it!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try my best to accommodate what fits my customers needs I will do my best to give you decoration based on your budget preferences. So please don be afraid to tell me your budget so I can do my best to come up with decorations accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to keep it fairly easy and smooth! First I ask for basic questions about your event what it is for how many guests etc. Then I ask for your Inspo pics lets remember we are all individuals and try our best to come close to making what you want but each artist is unique in their own way and it won't ever be 100% copy :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified wedding & Event planner . I have a major in business administration. & Also a certified interior designer.
