We offer fair, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Our service call includes a full diagnostic, and we always explain the cost before starting any repairs. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I start by asking a few key questions to understand the issue—what appliance it is, the symptoms, and any recent changes. If needed, I’ll request photos or model numbers to prepare in advance. Next, we schedule a convenient time for the service visit. I always arrive on time, diagnose the problem quickly, and explain everything clearly before starting any repair. My goal is to be transparent about pricing and repair options so the customer can make an informed decision. Most repairs can be done on the spot. Once the job is finished, I test everything thoroughly and make sure the area is clean before I leave. I want every customer to feel confident and taken care of from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed professional appliance repair training with a focus on major household brands like LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, GE, and more. I also stay up to date with new technologies and common issues through ongoing workshops and manufacturer resources. Beyond formal training, I’ve gained years of hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of appliances—from refrigerators and ovens to washers and dryers. That real-world experience has taught me how to work efficiently, spot issues quickly, and provide long-lasting repairs customers can rely on.
