Mr. Rico was pleasant, efficient and very reasonably priced. He fixed the urgent issue and recommended a future repair. But did not pressure on the future repair. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Actually came out the very next day (on a Saturday) and was able to fix my washer. He took the extra time to level the washer. Washer is now running like new and I am so thankful. I would highly recommend!
