He quickly diagnosed the problem—a faulty condenser fan motor—and replaced it right there. The whole process was smooth, and now my fridge is back to keeping everything ice-cold. My dryer was overheating to the point that my clothes were coming out scorching hot. I knew something wasn’t right, so I contacted Caspi Home Service. James came out and discovered that the thermostat was faulty, causing the dryer to overheat. He replaced it on the spot, and my dryer has been working perfectly ever since. I appreciated his thoroughness and how he explained the issue in detail. I highly recommend Caspi Home Service if you’re having any appliance problems!
