If I could select all 5 reasons I would - Vasilii was very knowledgeable, inspected my HVAC system and made the necessary fixes to get my system running again - a Godsend especially after being told by another company that I'd have to spend over $5000 to fix something that wasn't broken. Highly recommend!!!

The repair man was awesome! He walked me Thru everything that was wrong and even showed me maintenance I could do to help me prevent problems in the future. His price was fair and he repaired everything in about a hour or less. Highly Recommend HeyKey Appliance.

Vasili is a very professional. He was the first person of all the companies to call me right away when I put in my request for service. Although he could not see me on the weekend because he is very busy, he came out ASAP on Monday and fixed my dryer. He explained everything to me as he was working. He had everything he needed to fix my dryer. He even got his shop vac and vacuumed all the dust, cat and dog hair and everything inside my dryer. Give me suggestions for better brands to buy for the future they don’t break so easily like the whirlpool dryer I have. It is less than two years old and the heating element was burned out already. He also told me that he works on all types of appliances - gas and electric so that is very helpful for me in the future I will call on Vasili again if any of my other appliances stop working. I would also recommend him to anyone who has an appliance stop working. He did not try to upsell me treated me with much respect the whole time.
