They replaced a switch to fix the microwave on the first visit. Upon returning they replace a board in the dryer and the door gasket on the washing machine to fix all three appliances I wanted fixed.

The owner was very prompt to schedule the appointment technician arrived earlier than expected very professional fixed a washing machine which was off balance and needed springers had items the service charge was waived as he completed repair would recommend them for any appliance issues their service rendered is guaranteed and very reasonably priced.

We couldn’t get our dryer to start no matter what we did with all the normal common stuff. I was referred to a group that (as it turns out) was located in Asheville so they couldn’t help but their website sent me to Thumbtack and I picked Prompt Home Service because they had a 5 star rating. I filled out the app questionnaire and sent in a request for service. I actually got a response offering to come to the house the same day I made the request. When I couldn’t make that work they found a time the next day we could both be available. I got responses through the app. I got a notice when the technician was 1/2 hour away. He was on time, found our problem quickly - the connector on the dial was cracked. Instead of ordering the part himself and charging us for parts and labor - He texted us a link to order the part on Amazon. We have a two pack on the way for less than he would have had to charge us for 1. He then checked the rest of the dryer to make sure nothing else was wrong. Our dryer was good to go. He was friendly, courteous and professional. It was an excellent experience. We will definitely call them again if we have an appliance issue. Easily worth the service fee (which was lower than a few of the others in our area)

Thank you for repairing my washer today. Your repairman was top notch. He was on time, courteous, got in and fixed the problem. Very respectful. Got the job done and checked everything to make sure it worked right. Will recommend you to anyone needing appliance repairs. Does not charge a arm and a leg. Very reasonable.
