- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service plans: Bookkeeping: Starting at $350 per month Payroll: Starting at $80 per month and $15 per employee Personal Taxes: Starting at $200 Business Taxes: Starting at $300 System set up Starting at $300 Quick books subscription fees starting at $50 per month NOTE: Recurring monthly accounting/bookkeeping services are based on a fixed monthly fee. One time projects are based on our hourly rates. We offer discounts for bundled services (i.e. accounting + payroll + taxes, etc.) and or new clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ll first listen to understand your situation and what you’re looking to accomplish. We chat over email/phone to get a better understanding, or if you’re ready. We then agree on a service fee then followed by signing confidentiality and service agreements. The rest is handled online using secure cloud-sharing, email, phone calls and sometime face to face. Once a new client is established, our process is automated and at that point little if any, client involvement is required. Please Note: If you are not using any accounting software ...dont worry we got you. We can get you a QuickBooks online for a discounted rate.
