First off Capital was very quick to reach out and get details on what I'm looking for. Their main contact was very communicative throughout the entire process, despite being states away completing another job. Capital arrived on time and ready to work. I had 2 movers assigned to my job with 2 locations to retrieve items. They didn't waste any time and were super accommodating. I would def hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.

They responded in timely manner & set appointment time. When appointment time came and they were going to be late they communicated to advise in advance. Showed up and got everything moved quickly and efficiently, & price was reasonable.

I had a non standard job to get done where I needed a big lift one day, then I had to do some work, then we had to do another big lift to put it all back together. These guys were perfect. I've come to expect, unfortunately, bad service from labor crews and businesses over the years. If even just half of the businesses I interact with were more like Capital City I'd be in good shape. -Timeliness: I submitted the request, they called me within 20 minutes and were out same day. -Responsiveness: I had a couple of text and phone conversations between the two phases of the job. They felt like friends, not like a labor business. Awesome. -Punctuality: 10 minutes early both times. -Quality: this was a job where a thousand things could have gone wrong, but Capital City is a pro outfit. They were careful, took their time, gave me exactly what I needed. Good team, good guys, good work!

Our base pricing usually covers a 2-hour minimum. We work with each customer on a case by case basis to ensure you receive the most quality service that fits your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as a customer reaches out to us we respond via in app messenger - providing general information and pricing. We set up a consultation call to finalize service details. Finally we complete the requested service(s).
