PERFECT! We love, love, love our new floors. We recently bought our home and needed to update most of the flooring throughout the house. We replaced all carpet upstairs, resurfaced and stained hardwood floors on the main level, and installed luxury vinyl plank in the basement. The quality of the craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Jason Clark truly cares about his customers and genuinely goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction with look, feel, quality, and experience. He is also a military veteran and it shows in his precision. Its been more than 60 days since the installation week and we have not seen even the slightest error nor any problem whatsoever. Highly recommend.

FCI and designer Carolyn Hickey helped us refinish hardwood, remove carpet, and install LVP boards. Carolyns consultation during this process helped us realize a brighter, more cohesive look throughout the house. The crew did a flawless job with the installation and clean up.

Carolyn Hickey came in and offered more than just their flooring expertise, which is vast. It was a full design session. I appreciated her expertise in leading me down the right design decisions for the complete look of my home. We are starting the process of designing my kitchen and bathroom for a more cohesive look with the flooring to accomplish our aesthetic. I had Jason and his team install new flooring on the 1st level. They were more expensive than other quotes, but great customer service isn't free. The crew was on time, very efficient and cleaned all the areas they were working in. They also took their trash with them, the last time I had work done the contractor told me he was going to charge me to remove thier trash!

We typically aren't the cheapest option because we only high quality materials with warranties to help your floors last longer. We also strive to give you an amazing customer experience at such high levels we only employ the best installers and design team. We do have financing options available and with over 3000 samples available, we can work within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer the in-home shopping experience. One of our design associates will show up at your home with a van containing over 3000 samples. You will see larger samples in your own home with your own color schemes and lighting. Our experts will help you pick the perfect products for your long term happiness. Our goal is your long term happiness in your flooring!
