- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We operate on a flat rate fee for our services depending on the scope of your project. Every project is unique, thus we require an in person consultation prior to providing a a project estimate. Our consultations are $200 which will go towards your flat rate fee if you decide to move forward with the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our in person clients, we start with a consult at the project location to go over the scope, style and vision for the project. From there we provide you with an estimate for the project and provide a contract to be signed. After we receive a signed contract, we will begin the design process. You will receive a virtual design "inspiration board" to ensure we are moving understanding your vision. We will then create a more detailed design including a digital design board and selections sheet. We will work with you to add, remove, or switch out items to your liking. Once we have the design exactly how you want it, we order all products and install them at your project location.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a flight attendant for five years during which I had the privilege to travel to many countries across the globe. This is where I pull a lot of my design inspiration from. I have always had a passion for interior design and after leaving the airlines, I decided to start my own business.
