FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is shown on my website. Trees are evaluated and priced base on these factors: tree height, trunk girth, canopy size, structures in reach, pedestrian & vehicle traffic, technical difficulty in cutting the tree down, access to the tree, and distance to a disposal facility. My goal with pricing is to have a consistent price for similar jobs and for each job to make money, which means I show up at your home happy to be there and leave your home tired and happy to have been there. This makes it easier to do the great work that I do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask for a few pictures of the trees to be emailed or submitted through my website to make sure they are in the size range I handle. Also, if the customer sends an address I can tell whether I can do downing and disposal (removal) or just downing. Many times I can reach a customer further out if he is able to dispose of the wood himself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborist. My certification number is SO-7285A and can be looked up on their website or via my website.
