- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project cost varies, but we understand that exterior remodels can be expensive. It’s difficult to find an accurate estimate online as a variety of factors can cause the price to vary dramatically. However, we will always provide you with a FREE inspection and estimate any time you ask us out to your property. We offer services for repair and replacements through insurance, where we help you manage your claim and your only out of pocket cost is your deductible. We also have traditional retail services and while we always use top of the line quality materials in any project we take on, we are priced competitively and have seasonal discounts and referral bonuses we offer as part of our thank you for working with Highlands Roofing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project starts out with a free inspection to assess your home’s condition. Each inspection is followed by a formal estimate, as well as a meeting or call to review numbers and answer any questions you may have in regards to your home renovation project. Following your estimate approval, we work with you on material selection and design services (if needed), then schedule your install. You will have a dedicated project manager present throughout the entire process - they take photos before, during and after each part of your installation, so you know what’s going on and when it happens. They will be the contact who does a final walk through with you on site, then performs any final nail sweeps and clean ups.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Highlands Roofing’s owner has over 20 years in the industry - the majority of that dedicated to Residential exteriors with a specialty in roofing. All of our project managers go through an extensive training and/or industry related certifications such as HAAG and Fortified. We continually train all of our project managers and cr4ews to make sure that we are only installing the highest quality roofs, while providing the best experience and value for our customers. It’s because of that training that we maintain the highest levels of certification and achievements with both Atlas and CertainTeed.
