Everyday life pours into us. Sometimes it pours in positive things, sometimes negative, and sometimes it even pours in things we cannot categorize. I believe counseling is a place to release those negative and "uncategorized" things judgement free, in effort to becoming our best self. I have a sliding scale and I accept Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NC.

I will complete intake, evaluation, and then we develop a plan for moving forward.

I have a B.A. in Psychology and a M.A. in Professional Counseling. I have been counseling for over 7 years.
