We like to be more personable with our customers. It's a family oriented business. I enjoy helping and being a service to customers. I like being able to work with each job according to their needs and requirements. It's fun and good exercise as well. I enjoy doing both local and long distance moves. Juan did a great job. Kept in contact with me during the entire process to let me know the status of my delivery and when he would arrive. My item was in pedect condition and Juan was very positive and professional. Absolutely will hire again.

These guys were amazing from start to finish. Juan loaded the truck like a Tetris champion, Wayne and Reggie carried every piece of furniture with ease and it was amazing seeing how flawlessly the 3 of them moved the piano out of the old place and into the new one. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They were so friendly and responsive.

Juan and one of his employees helped move some furniture in a POD storage bin for me and they did an excellent job. They were courteous and efficient. I will be moving to my new place in a month and I definitely will be using the entire crew to get that accomplished. Very satisfied customer!!!!

I try not have any hidden fees. And my prices can be negotiable depending on situation if necessary.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a basic conversation with the customer to get a feel for them and them of me. This is to let them know that I will make sure to take care of them and their request best way and most efficient way as possible. I like to make myself available to meet with them also.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had professional moving courses over the years. I've been in customer relations atmosphere for 20 years..hands on.
