Since May 9, 2024, I am still waiting for my lock to be repaired. I have paid in full for an incomplete service and I am very disappointed and though I have contacted MB Locksmith many times via phone and text, I am still waiting. The new lock has broken and I am unable to get out of the door without going on the outside to open it.
