FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe it is important to spend time initially free of cost determining if it is a good coaching relationship. There is flexibility in pricing based on factors including length of the session and frequency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think the best approach to working with a new client is a complimentary introductory session. This way we can have an introduction where are you may share your goals and start a conversation about how they may be met. We would leave the first session with some concrete action items. And, if interested, meet again to see how those goals were met over the course of a week and if the plan we are developing is one you feel will bring you the peace & joy you seek, at His feet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been studying emotional health for over 25 years through Bible study, and at the undergraduate and graduate levels. I pursued becoming a Certified Life Coach when a sister and mentor - a licensed Chritian therapist for over 30 years - told me she had moved to the coaching model and found it more effective for her clients.
