We were impressed with the standard cleaning services provided by Tranquility & Luxury Cleaning Services. The team of six cleaners worked incredibly fast and efficiently, completing the whole house in just one hour. They were also courteous and respectful throughout the process. The coordinator was equally professional and responsive, promptly addressing any inquiries with great courtesy. Overall, we are satisfied with the service provided and would definitely hire them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide recurring cleaning discounts for the second cleaning. To ensure we can continue to provide high quality services at affordable rates, we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled within the 24 hour window prior to the appointment will be assessed a $50 fee.
