- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide recurring cleaning discounts for the second cleaning. To ensure we can continue to provide high quality services at affordable rates, we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled within the 24 hour window prior to the appointment will be assessed a $50 fee. Weekend cleaning services are limited and subject to advance coordination. Online requests for Saturday or Sunday appointments are not guaranteed until confirmed by a Tranquility & Luxury Cleaning Services representative. Requests submitted less than 72 hours in advance may not be accommodated.

We recently completed a luxury 4-bed, 4-bath, 4,000+ sq. ft. move-out cleaning in Cary, NC in about 2 hours. We completed a detailed top-to-bottom clean, including the refrigerator and oven interiors, interior windows, kitchen, bathrooms, floors, fixtures, and living spaces.
