FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates when called to the job and finished the service, however, when called to estimate and no further service is provided by me, I will charge $50 for estimating and traveling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is recommended first to message me about the issue and provide images to ensure efficiency and accuracy. It is important for me that the process is most convenient for both the customer and me. Finally, if the customer is satisfied with my responses, they are more than welcome to book me for any time during my work hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Growing up, I was always the go-to person for fixing things around the house—whether it was a broken shelf or a leaking pipe. Over time, I realized I had a natural gift for it. I learned by trial and error, picking up tips from experience and from watching others. I got some training from seniors, and the more I worked, the more I honed my skills. Eventually, I decided to turn my passion into a profession, and it’s been a rewarding journey ever since.
