We offer upfront pricing for all repairs and installations! This eliminates any surprises at the end of a job because our customers know exactly how much their job will cost before it even begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Send us a message 2) We contact you immediately to schedule an estimate or repair 3) We arrive at your home on time, and provide upfront pricing 4) You accept your pricing 5) Depending on the job, we either complete all work the same day or schedule a more convenient time for you 6) Payment accepted onsite (credit card, cash, or check)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We go above and beyond minimum state requirements when it comes to continuing education. All of our electricians undergo extensive electrical training in all aspects of our trade EVERY year. The electrical field is changing at a rapid pace, and it is very important for us to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to new code changes, new technologies, and the latest products.
