Thank you Alecia for the designing and being the decorator for my daughter’s 5th birthday. You took a simple 5th birthday party and gave it the Royal look and charm it needed to go with the Royal Celebration Cinderella theme. On top of you were understanding and took every little detail inconsideration. Such as my daughter’s fear for balloons. Thank you so much for being our decorator can’t wait to work with you again in the future.

Terrible attitude! I had my wedding today and she left in the middle of the preparation very unprofessional. Noting more good about her work but talk ! She talks nice but works like nothing up to point ! She took full payment before my reception but guest arrived noting was set up and when asked what happen she left in the middle of the reception unprepared and unattended. My friends had to cover the left over work .

Shame on you for coming here and posting a lie. I did not leave your reception with nothing done. The room was fully set up with the exception of the side panels that I hand made for the backdrop. The reason for this is that your sister who was supposed to meet me at 3:45 to bring the fabric for the backdrop, did not arrive at the venue until after 6pm which was the time for your wedding to begin. I was at your home the day before setting up for your wedding ceremony and could have been given the fabric then but your sister insisted on letting me at the venue at 3:45. When your sister arrived, guest had already started to arrive and seat themselves. EVERYTHING was done with the exception of the side panels, because of the time and the amount of guest in venue. This review is a total misrepresentation of the work that I did. To say guest arrived and nothing was set up is a complete falsehood. The room was Beautiful and many of your guest said so. I’m very disappointed and shocked that you would write this. You were not there and I’m assuming that your sister did not tell you the truth. I set up two venues for you for less than the price of one and for you to do this is quite disingenuous of you.

Beware! Downpayment was paid 2 mo before the party! After returning 50% of my down payment and keeping $100 , Alecia has cancelled decoration set up with her own decor supposed to bring in , a day before the party !!! Who does that? Beware! Avoid the stress this women can bring you.. I will report her to BBB, she has to be out of this site and any others! She literally stole $100 for not showing up and leaving 20 people party with no decor! Scammer scammer scammer!

Diana, - you are the only client that I’ve EVER had an issue with and the only reason we did was because you decided 3days before the event that you didn’t want to pay accordingly to the terms you agreed too. Here’s the email I sent you the same evening that you made me aware of this. Diana, In light of our correspondence on yesterday, I realize we are at an Impasse as you have informed me that you will not pay for services that you have not yet received. While I understand your hesitation to complete payment before your event, I did specify this to you on several occasions during our initial conversations before you hired me. I also included that verbiage on your invoice under the terms and conditions. I must say I was taken aback on yesterday when you suggested that I may not show up for your event. As I explained to you, I am a Professional, this is my business and I take pride in my work and how I run my business. You hired me on July 29 and paid your deposit on Aug.1 if there were any issues with the terms and conditions as to how/when I requested payment it should have been addressed at that time, not three days before your event date. I understand that you may have other arrangements with other vendors but my terms and conditions are as I have indicated. Because of the tone of your text messages, the questioning of my character as a Business Owner and your refusal to adhere to the Terms and Conditions you agreed to; I have decided to return a portion of your “non refundable” deposit ( not that you asked me to or that I have to, but because I choose to do so. You paid a non refundable deposit of $225. I am returning $125. I’m sorry this did not work out. Alecia Bridges
