The company owner/Managers were very helpful in helping me decide on what needed to be done to my deck after tree fell on it. They kept me informed when they would be out to fix the deck when the supply would arrive. The crew were very professional they kept me informed when they were leaving and would return the next day to complete the deck.

Not only did I get a really good looking, sturdy deck for my new home and backyard, the people who work for Elite made it really easy to understand why I should go with this type of deck build. I was impressed with how fast they got the job done. Even my father-in-law who is quite critical couldn’t find anything wrong with the installation. It looks gorgeous and I couldn’t be happier!

Brian and Eric helped me with replacing my 20+ year old deck. They explained my options and answered my questions. Good communication throughout. Issues addressed relatively quickly. Construction crew were courteous and overall built a beautiful deck that I can enjoy for years to come. My only complaint is they left debris under my deck (you can easily get underneath) and in my yard after project completed. I’m sure as company completes more projects construction crew will improve on providing “elite” customer service.
