Alex was super fast responding to me and was able to get to my house within 48 hrs. He was able to diagnose the problem with my MacBook , order the new hard drive and scheduled to come back and install it. He was very personable and professional, I highly recommend him!!

I received help on the phone. He got my wireless working for me with a few quick easy steps on the phone. He made fix easy for me. WORD PROGRAM HAD BEEN DELETED. CALLED AND RESPONDED AS PROMISED. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPLAINED TO ME NOT TO DO ANYTHING UNTIL I CALLED HIM.HAVE USED MR HOLT SEVCERAL TIMES WITH ALL VERY SATSIFACTORY RESULTS, TELLS YOU WHAT CAUSED THE PROBLEM AND THINGS TO DO AND NOT DO IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN.
