Excellent! I had two rental homes that needed service, one was a small project and the other a large project covering several appliances.
Two gentleman arrived on time, professionally dressed, polite and got right to work. They were thorough and inspected the appliances completely and made cost effective recommendations on repairs/replacement. They provided that small local company service of going above and beyond at a reasonable price. They answered all my questions and cleaned up before they left. A great experience all the way around and I will be using them again.

If I could I would give this repair service more than 5 stars. This gentleman truly saved the day for me. I was in the process of getting a new washer this Sunday due to a previous warranty repairman stating that the repair which my washer needed was not covered by their warranty service due to the the transmission of the washer was bad and I would be better getting a brand new washer. I had only had the washer a little over a year. I contacted Magic Hvac and he carme right out that Saturday and was able to fix my washer in less than 30 min. It was not the transmission which was bad. Needless to say I was able to cancel my order for my new washer and save appx $800. Thank you again Magic Havac & Appliance.
