Wish I could leave a better review. Nice guy and worked me in quickly for a small exterior stair replacement, but he needed a lot more direction and supervision than I had time for. After the first pass there was a huge difference in stair tread heights at the bottom (which Frank remediated when pointed it out, as it would not have met code). He was supposed to come back and fix the deranged railing (Frank’s on the right, should have matched the original on the left) but it’s been 17 days and a couple of delays and he’s stopped answering my messages. The stair treads are also moldy from improper storage, and the top tread is riddled with knots and stray screw holes. Looks like I’ll have to pay someone else to fix it, and I’ve learned my lesson about paying in full before the job is satisfactorily done.
