- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fully inclusive of whatever services we are providing -- aside from sales tax, whatever price we quote is what you pay -- we do not charge insurance fees, we do not add a percentage gratuity fee, and we do not charge credit card fees. We know that planning a special event can be stressful, and we try to be clear and upfront with our pricing to make your experience more pleasant!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get as much information about the event our customers are planning as possible. This can be either through chat, emails, phone calls, or Google Meet sessions. Once we fully understand what the customer wants and needs, we will develop a written quote and send it to the customer for their review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff are highly trained in their respective fields. All of our bartenders are certified with the NC ABC as Responsible Servers, and all of our food handling staff are certified through the nationally recognized ServSafe Food Handler course. All of our Event Managers have their Crowd Manager certifications from the NC Department of Insurance.
