Derek assisted with our apartment maintenance several times. The best part is he always fixed the problem on the first visit, so you know when he comes your problem is solved right away.
Additionally he has an expansive knowledge base so he can do most everything. From resetting an out of balance washing machine to installing storm doors, he is a one stop shop.
