- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Budgeting is my life line. If you tell me $35 grocies is the max you want to spend for 6ppl party ill tell you what can be done. Im currently planning a second tv cooking show so im not going to charge as high as a normal chef would because this is also my marketing tool to network not to take all your money
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Complete understanding of the customers diet, allergies, discomforts(ex:not liking tomatoes), menu planning, and budget. I also do free taste testings or streaming video plate samples.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
As long as i have notice 3 days in advance 1hr 1/2 full course private dinners. 2hrs to complete setup full event catering, and small venues (baby showers,birthdays) 1hr setup time.
