Do not ever use this company the movers did not pack my 75 inch tv correctly it was cracked when delivered the owner avoided my calls and see damages and conversations

If I could give them negative stars I would. The movers damaged our furniture and blew us off. Save yourself the hassle and don’t use them. Their response was “you can expect some damage when moving”. None of the damage pictured is what you expect in a move.

Was charged a travel fee of $160 for a move of 6.5 miles (10 minutes). It would have been great if this was mentioned in the initial quote (attached)

Manu thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry you feel as though the travel fee was not stated in our correspondence. However, I am attaching pictures of the estimate and contract that was sent prior to your move that clear king states the hourly pricing as well as the travel fees. Please see attachment. Also, our company prides ourselves in far & honest pricing & my husband personally booked your job so I am certain all fees were disclosed.

As I sit here this morning trying to put into words how happy I am with John and his entire team tears come to my eyes. I researched every moving company in the area and from the first phone conversation they’ve gone the extra mile! Yesterday was our move and there’s no way I could have done it without these guys. Professional, fast, so friendly, so patient with our small kids and UNBELIEVABLY helpful! I never want to move again but I will scream this companies praises for all of my friends to hear! If you want an incredible value and just the best guys ever do yourself a favor and call A&M!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for local and residential moves are based on either and hourly price or flat price. Both options will be discussed. If there are specialty items the price of the items moved will also be discussed. For long distance moves there will be a flat rate. NO HIDDEN FEES or Surprises on the day of your move !
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get on the way home with our customers to go over the details of your move. We then call 24 hours in advance to confirm your move. If the move is a specialty move or long distance we will come out and do an estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the industry for years and we have certified movers that have completed The proper moving training.
