The Lopez Painting team did an excellent job on pressure washing and painting the exterior trim of our home. All communication with the team was polite, professional and informative, and the quality of the work was excellent. I will use them in the future for sure!!

Israel and his assistant did a nice job of staining my deck, power washing the sunroom exterior and painting the interior of our house. He was very good about scheduling and communicating too. His prices are good for the quality of work he does. I’ve hired him to do two other bigger jobs.

Israel and his assistant were amazing. I have already been recommending Lopez Painting to my coworkers and friends. Israel was very communicative and friendly. He quickly responded to me and soon came out to do an estimate where he really took his time looking at the area and discussing specifics with me. He was able to fit me in his schedule quickly. The day of the job he and his assistant arrived on time and were very clean, professional, and pleasant. The job was completed in a timely manner. The price was fair and affordable as well. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always willing to negotiate, and return customers will ALWAYS recieve a discount as well as when they refer me to a friend.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask what it is you are wanting and ask if you have any questions for me, I will come out and provide a free estimate and after that we can hopefully start working together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nothing is better then experience. I have almost 8 years of experience.
