Richard was easy to work with; he made good suggestions based on his experience which we appreciated. The crew that did the tiling were pleasant and diligent. Richard was in constant contact with us, either calling to see how things were going or promptly answering our call when we had a question. We are quite pleased with the finished job which Richard came in person to inspect to make sure we were satisfied.
