- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, you'll need to submit an inquiry either through here or directly on our website for a discounted rate. Once we've received your inquiry, we'll send you a personalized proposal within 24 hours. If the proposal meets your needs, we'd love to secure your event date. To do so, a 50% deposit and a signed contract are required. After securing your date, we'll stay in close communication to finalize all the details. We'll provide you with a mood board and an inventory list for your approval, ensuring everything aligns with your vision. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event. If you're booking us with less than two weeks to go, the full balance will be due upon signing the contract. Let us handle the rest and make sure your event is a success!
