- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our starting price of $105/hour is our "standard mobile bar package", designed to meet the basic needs of your event, includes one professional bartender for up to 60 attendees, general and liquor liability insurance, set up and breakdown, barware, a custom printed drink menu, cups, straws, napkins, custom stirrers, two signature cocktails, choice of two well mixers, choice of two fruit garnishes, and an alcohol shopping guide. We offer a bartender-only package starting at $90/hour for those that provide everything and just needs someone to serve. This includes one professional and insured bartender for up to 60 attendees. Our beer and wine pour service package starts at $95/hour which includes one professional bartender for up to 100 guests, general and liquor liability insurance, cups, napkins, and ice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, you'll need to submit an inquiry either through here or directly on our website for a discounted rate. Once we've received your inquiry, we'll send you a personalized proposal within 24 hours. If the proposal meets your needs, we'd love to secure your event date. To do so, a 50% deposit and a signed contract are required. After securing your date, we'll stay in close communication to finalize all the details. We'll provide you with a mood board and an inventory list for your approval, ensuring everything aligns with your vision. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event. If you're booking us with less than two weeks to go, the full balance will be due upon signing the contract. Let us handle the rest and make sure your event is a success!
