- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Having a clear understanding of your budget from the beginning helps me recommend the best options to bring your vision to life—beautifully and without unexpected costs. I’m proud to offer special discounts for First Responders, Military personnel, Veterans, and Teachers, as well as a bundled discount when booking both my balloon and banner services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by learning about the event—your theme, vision, and any inspiration you have. From there, we discuss your budget, location, and desired services (balloons, banners, or both). Once I have a clear understanding of your needs, I provide a customized proposal with design ideas and pricing. Once approved, I handle all the details leading up to the event so you can relax and enjoy the celebration!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I originally started out painting hand painted banners and then started incorporating balloons into my own children’s birthday parties and quickly realized the love and passion that I had for creating fun and beautiful designs. So many friends and family encouraged me to start my own business so Grace Nicole Designs was born. :)
