I sent my request in after a dishwasher delivery and installation went wrong. Within a few minutes of my Thumbtack submission, Drew from WeServe LLC contacted me and said he could come by the very next day. He was prompt and his work on my dishwasher installation and removal was top notch. He took the time to get the right materials ,rerouted my piping to allow for better flow to the new dishwasher and tested the dishwasher before he left to make sure everything was working properly. This was the second time we hired Drew, the first time was for a fireplace installation that added a nice touch to our home. On both of occasions his attention to detail, high standard of work product, customer service, professionalism and cost value is why my family will continue to hire him for our handyman needs and we highly recommend Drew and WeServe LLC to handle your needs in the Triad area.

Andrew did an excellent job helping me move some furniture out of an assisted living facility into a storage unit on pretty short notice. We had great communication about the project, he was punctual and professional and charged a very reasonable rate. He was also very personable and polite. I learned he provides handyman services as well. I will be calling him again!!
