FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First off i always try to give all my clients the best possible price. But please note that my quotes are merely estimates, I can give a more accurate price once i know the facts as far as the amount of hours needed, the distance to the event which would include travel time, gas, hotel if needed. With all my events i require a non-refundable deposit to hold that date and book me, The balance should be paid within one week of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically with all new clients i will schedule a phone call to get a better feel of what they are looking for in a DJ and what they are looking for in their event. Once they agree to me the first is to Mark me hired on Thumbtack, then the next step is to secure the deposit after which then i will draw up a contract for them and myself to sign. Once all that is done i will typically check back periodically to make sure everything is setup for there event so it goes off without a hitch.........
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in music in some form all my life, I have been sang in various bands and throughout my music career worked many sound systems. I have been doing DJ events for 30+ years doing all kinds of events,
