- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are determined on a client by client basis. It depends on how much and how many services I provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My initial contact with a client is usually by text or email. Then we schedule a call when we can talk without distractions. We set-up the first of many meetings about food, decor and/or floral. I have clients that I meet with 10 or 15 times and some that I meet for the first time on the wedding day!! It's just about what the bride, groom or couple wants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend all the bridal shows I can and read all the latest magazines. There is a trade show (food and wine) that I attend almost every year. I am Safe-Serv certified and myself and bartenders are certified as well. I have 45 years experience in the kitchen and actually made my first biscuits from scratch in my great-grandmother's kitchen at the age of 4!!! I don't just make "fancy" food, I make great food!
