Over the years, I've had the joy of leading classes for bachelorette and bachelor parties, birthday celebrations, couples' getaways, corporate team-building events, women's retreats, wedding weekends, and family reunions. Whatever you're celebrating, a private yoga class is the perfect way to bring people together, create meaningful moments, and add a touch of self-care to your weekend of memories. With over 12 years of teaching experience, I specialize in accommodating all-levels, providing modifications and variations of postures that suite your unique needs. With the use of yoga props (yoga blocks & straps) and providing adequate details, you'll be invited to move through your practice confidently. I encourage each individual to feel welcomed, comfortable and inspired to be in their body and their practice. Blending mindful movement, breathwork, and intentional alignment, we'll move through a well-rounded, customized class designed to leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and more connected to both body and mind.
Your class will include:
- a yoga mat
- yoga props: 2 blocks & a strap per person (plus a yoga blanket per person if 10 people or less)
- 75 minutes customized class to your request (class can be shorter if needed to fit your time frame/availability)
- instrumental music, meditation, & all-levels accommodating instruction (modifications+variations to suit your individual needs)
- lavender eye pillows during savasana
