Some of the many classes I've led include bachelorette + bachelor parties, birthday bashes, couple's getaway, corporate building, women's retreats, wedding day, and family reunions! Whatever your celebration, yoga is the perfect addition and piece of self-care to incorporate into your weekend of memories. With over 11 years of teaching experience, I specialize in accommodating all-levels, providing modifications and variations of postures that suite your unique needs. With the use of yoga props (yoga blocks & straps) and providing adequate details, you'll be invited to move through your practice confidently. I encourage each individual to feel welcomed, comfortable and inspired to be in their body and their practice. Combining the focus of body alignment, breathwork & mindful movement, we will move through well-rounded, customized flow to rejuvenate our body & minds! Ceiara was an amazing instructor! She was patient and really explained every pose as well as provided modifications for those of us who were less flexible or had limited mobility. I would definitely reach out to her for private lessons again! I highly recommend her!

Ceiara came to our Airbnb to teach yoga to 12 of us for a special birthday weekend. We had an amazing experience and everyone loved it! She tailored the class so that it was enjoyable for the whole group even though we were all of different levels. She is so sweet, professional, and has a wonderful, calming presence. I could go on and on but will leave it at that and say I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a private/group yoga class!

Working with Cece was such a treat. We hired her for a private yoga session during a girls weekend in Asheville and she was so knowledgeable, kind and prompt in her responses! She guided us through a relaxing yoga session and even brought all the equipment to our cabin to prepare us. I will not hesitate to book her again for future trips to Asheville!

Ceiara is a fantastic yoga instructor. I have taken several of her classes before and I always leave feeling mentally and physically at peace. She has spent multiple years refining her practice and it shows in the quality and structure of her classes. She is punctual, professional and approachable. She always brings extra props for anyone who may need them (huge plus!). More importantly, she makes sure that each student is not only comfortable, but also maintaining appropriate form to avoid injury. I highly recommend booking Ceiara for private yoga instruction - you won’t be disappointed!

We had such an incredible yoga experience. Ceiara worked with me for over a month to plan the details of a private class to surprise my sister. She was so respectful, responsive, and professional. I could tell she truly cared about our experience. The actual class was even better. We were able to rent out a beautiful greenhouse and she got there early to set it all up. She adjusted the class along the way based on our individual needs. She is truly a natural at what she does! I wish I could do yoga with her everyday!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$27/pp (small travel fee of $10-15 may apply if drive is over 30 minutes away) ~ a minimum of 6 ppl (or cost equivalent) -- Groups 12+ $24/pp $32/pp outside Buncombe county, (small travel fee of $15-20 may apply if drive is over 60 minutes away)~ minimum of 6 ppl (or cost equivalent) -- Groups 12+ $29/pp
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can contact me with the date/time you're looking for and I'll provide availability. I will provide a written contract for a confirmed class.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
