- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will occasionally offer sliding scale for those who truly need it, and will be running a 10% off Spring Cleaning discount through April!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free consultation/walkthrough to discuss priorities, budget, approximate hours, and whether or not we'll have to purchase equipment. Make them feel comfortable and at ease with having a stranger go through their things. Discuss whether or not they'd like to be present during the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been taught from an early age that everything has a home, and have carried that practice with me into everything I do as an adult. I have owned and operated restaurants, bars and breweries, having to keep them organized for maximum efficiency.
